A free 3-week guided experience for birth professionals, with Lauren Ohayon and Lorie Michaels

Over three weeks, we'll explore how breathing, posture, gait, pelvic movement, pressure, and body awareness influence the pelvic floor's ability to contract, relax, lengthen, respond, and adapt during birth. Lauren's Proactive Pelvic Floor Prep workshop is our shared foundation, and each week focuses on one concept: 3D breathing, waddle correction and gait support, and mapping the pelvis. Each week includes one short teaching post, one movement exploration, and one focused Q&A thread.

This study group is focused on parts of the prenatal and early postpartum work now woven through the RYC® Professional Training, and it introduces the whole-body, assessment-based thinking taught there. It is open to doulas, childbirth educators, movement professionals, pelvic-health professionals, midwives, and other birth workers.

Sign up below and you'll receive the link to the Whatsapp group where you'll find the workshop recording and accompanying guide on Monday July 20th, and the group schedule before we begin on Tuesday July 21st.
